• Order Online: To purchase a product, click on the Add to Cart button next to the product you wish to buy. To view your purchases at any time, use the View Cart link on the right side of every page. Once you're finished shopping, proceed to Checkout, again on the right side of each page, to complete your secure transaction.

Privacy Policy: We do not make our mailing list or e-mail list available to any outside companies.

Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico: All orders shipped air parcel post unless otherwise arranged at the time of ordering.

Canadian & International Customers: Please use your credit card when ordering or send a check in U.S. funds from an American or Canadian bank (e-mail us first to receive your shipping costs). With your e-mail order confirmation we will give you two options for shipping your order: air and ground (surface) and the cost for each. As soon as we hear back from you on how you would like your order shipped, we will bill your credit card and ship your order. All orders are shipped insured unless otherwise noted and all customs and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

ORDERS SHIPPED TO OVERSEAS MILITARY ADDRESSES: Please indicate the address you would ordinarily use for receiving parcels.  Choose United States as your country and choose the appropriate state code from the drop down box on the registration form.  At checkout choose the appropriate US shipping method for your order.

Returns: Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Please return any order or partial order within 30 days of date of purchase. When returning merchandise, please complete Returned Merchandise form, which is enclosed with your order. When returning merchandise, please indicate if you would prefer to make an exchange, receive a merchandise credit or a full refund.

Shipping: We normally ship your order within 48 hours for all in-stock merchandise. We ship via both UPS, ground and USPS parcel post. If you prefer one service over another, please indicate this when ordering.

Merchandise Shipped from Factory: In a few instances, larger products such as blocking boards are shipped direct to you from the factory. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of these items, as we cannot guarantee actual date of shipment. Note that tables and blocking boards cannot be shipped by air.

Air and Express Shipments: A $10 surcharge is added to orders shipped UPS Second Day Air shipments within the continental United States except Alaska. $12 is added to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Note: Tables and blocking boards cannot be shipped by air.

Pricing: Please note we strive to maintain prices as marked, however we cannot be responsible for price increases due to exchange rates and other economic factors. Therefore, prices are subject to change without notice.
